If you have had the relevant Proclaim Training, multiple cases can be deleted in one click within the Case Del tool.

If this tool already exists in the menu, follow the steps below:
In order for the Case Del tool to identify all cases to be deleted, ensure all cases are listed in a spreadsheet column and not a row.
The spreadsheet document must be saved as a .csv.
Launch the Case Del tool.
Click on the folder browser icon and select the .csv document containing all the case numbers you wish to be deleted.
You have a choice to delete all documents associated with the cases, if you wish for the documents to be deleted please tick the Delete Documents? box.
Click Yes. The tool will then start to delete all cases in the .csv file, and you will be notified once all cases have been deleted. Also, there is a counter which shows the progress of deletion.
If you or your System Administrator does not have access to Case Del or Toolbar Details, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.
