If the Document version is 000 this means it needs to be updated in Workflow Maintenance.
Note: If you or your system administrator don't have access to Workflow Maintenance, then please ask to speak to a human to start a conversation with one of our team in the chat window.
Follow the steps below:
1. Go into Workflow Maintenance and go into the correct case type.
2. Find the letter and that is causing issue and open the letter.
3. Add a space anywhere that does not affect the letter.
4. Close the letter and save.
5. Ensure the version number changes to 001 in Workflow Maintenance.
6. Go back into the case and test.
