How to use the Access Digital Assistant

If you're on Proclaim v3.5.1.11 onwards, access this fantastic new feature from the Online Help option, visit our Proclaim digital assistant site >

To use the Digital Assistant, follow the steps below:

  1. From your Proclaim toolbar, double-click Online Help, or visit our Proclaim digital assistant site >

  2. On the webpage, click the Digital Assistant icon and then click Ask a question.

  3. Type your question and hit Enter on your keyboard.

  4. From within the answer, view the step-by-step guidance.

Your hub for product updates and news

Use the News feed to access the latest release notes, newsletters, and important updates - all in one convenient place, designed to keep you ahead.

To stay up to date, simply look out for the red dot indicating new content.
