Below are the steps are as follows:

  1. Remove current OyezLegalForms PDF printer and uninstall all NovaPDF components via Control Panel.

  2. Restart the server.

  3. Browse to your Oyez Legal Forms folder, E.g F:\Oyez\Oyez Legal Forms, and then run the following in this order:

    1. novaPDF8PrinterDriver(x86).msi

    2. novaPDF8COM(x86).msi

    3. novaPDF8SDK(x86).msi

  4. The run novapk.exe with the following settings when prompted (other settings can be left as default):

    1. Custom printer name: OyezLegalForms PDF

    2. Do not set as default (leave unticked)

    3. Application name: Oyez Forms

    4. Company name: OyezStraker Group

  5. Repeat step 4 again (I don’t know why but the installer is a bit odd and needs 2 goes to get installed correctly)

  6. Restart the server again

  7. Open the Printing Preferences for the new OyezLegalForms PDF printer

    1. On the Save tab make sure a valid path is set on the Configure Save Options button

    2. Make sure the After Save Action is set to None

    3. On the Profiles tab make sure that the Default Profile is active

Hopefully after all that you’ve got it working. There are some notes on the Oyez website about rolling things out across a large network in case this is any use to you: https://support.oyezforms.co.uk/help_installation_novaPDF.asp

If you are still experiencing the issue after following the above, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.
