The solution to this is to check the system parameters for the following:
Open system parameters on your toolbar
Look for the following entries:
Key: No DMS for Viewing Pane - Code: Leave blank - Value:Yes or No
Key: Use Webbrowser for Adobe - Code: Leave Blank Value: yes or No
Key: Display PDF in Adobe - Code: Leave Blank - Value: Yes or No
You cannot use the Key: Webbrowser for Adobe with a Yes if the Key: No DMS is also Yes
Put NO in the Value for No DMS for Viewing Pane and the speed of viewing and opening PDF files will increase.
If you do not have the Tool Bar option to do the above then please ask a question in the MyAccess Portal Digital Assistant and ask to "Speak to a human" to be put through directly to our support team.
