To transfer tasks to a new user, follow the steps below:
From Proclaim Desktop, click Tasks.
For versions prior to v4, click Task List.From the Who: dropdown, select the required user and then click filter.
To select the tasks, hold down CTL on your keyboard, then click the tasks.
Right-click the tasks then click New Handler.
Select the username of the new handler then restart Proclaim.
