Add, re-order or remove fields on an existing screen within Screen Designer

Depending on what you're trying to achieve, in Screen Designer, update the screen and then follow the steps for either add, remove, or re-order.

Add

To add a field, follow the steps below:

  1. Click Add data field(s).

  2. Single-click the field you'd like to add, and then click Accept.
    Alternatively, double-click the field name.

  3. Repeat step 2 for any additional fields.

  4. On the field selector click Close.

  5. To re-locate the field, click the field box, then drag and drop to the required location.

Re-order

To re-order the tab sequence of the fields, follow the steps below:

  1. Click Tab order and then click Yes.

  2. Click each field box in the order you'd like the customer to tab through them.

Remove

To remove a field from a screen, follow the steps below:

  1. Click the field box.

  2. On your keyboard, hit delete.

  3. Click Yes.
