Click on Posting Maintenance.
Click on the Billing tab.
The Option 'Allocate WIP by individual history lines' will be set to NO. (This means that although WIP is allocated on the bill it will not update the individual history lines or flag them as billed.)
If you wish to change this going forward this setting needs to be flagged as YES.
Click Update set the value to Yes then Save.
WIP is not being marked as billed, Bills are showing as outstanding WIP
