To stop users from being able to post accounts transactions to a specific matter, please follow the steps below:
Go to Client Matter Enquiry and enter a matter number.
Click the Matter tab.
Near the bottom of the screen, from the Status dropdown, select Stop.
Tip: Another Status option is Warn. When a user acknowledges a Warn message during posting, an entry is made in User History.
