Send a letter from history as an email it arrives with a different name the other end

To resolve this issue, follow the steps below:

  1. Open Workflow Maintenance.

  2. Select the relevant case type that the letter belongs to.

  3. Search for the relevant document.

  4. Select the box User History Details as Email Attachments?.

  5. Log out and back in to confirm the changes.

The document will now retain the history description given.
