There are reports for Matters Opened and Matters Archived that can be run, in Report Creator the fields for the Archived date and Archived Status can also be added.

This is done by creating a report using the Opened Matters report:
From the main menu go into Advanced Report Creator.
Put in the password and search for the report Matters Opened.
Highlight and Right click select Create Report.
Select From Existing Report.
Change the name to a new Matters Opened with Archive date.
Select a folder you want to store it in.
Go to the FIELDS tab.
Select ADD FIELD.
Find the field that is needed for Archive Date then do the same to add Archived.
Select RUN REPORT to check this still runs.
Then EXIT.
This can then be run through the Advanced Report Execution.
