The Slip rejection messages are configured to be sent by Email or Instant
Message depending on how this is set up.
The settings are in Slip Configuration > Settings > Email/Messaging
You can pick to either have the Instant message go to the File Handler/the create user or Supervisor.
The Email to the Create user or whoever is authorising it.
