Wrong OS error when logging in

This error occurs when a 64 bit version of Office is installed.

Currently Proclaim is only compatible with the 32 bit versions.

If a 64 bit version is installed then this will need reinstalling as the correct version.
Please contact your internal IT if you need assistance doing this on your PC.
