If you can't scroll through a PDF without it distorting you will need to adjust you Display settings on your laptop.
You can do this by following the steps below:
Right click on the on your Windows Desktop.
Scroll down to the Scaling option.
Change the settings to 100%.
Click Apply and test a a PDF .
You should now ne able to scroll through a PDF document with out any problems.
