If active KPI labels are not displaying in Proclaim Desktop, it could be that KPIs are limited to certain User Groups. To add a user to an existing user group, follow the step below:
Enter the User Groups Program.
On the Group Tab, select the KPI group you want to add a user to.
Click on the Users Tab.
Click Update.
Select the user you want to add to the group from the Available Users list.
Click on the arrow pointing to the right.
Click Save.
Exit the program.
