Access Legal Proclaim has dedicated case types for a number of disciplines typically used within the Legal industry. These are tailored to a recognised industry standard process to allow you to complete your work efficiently while adhering to legal requirements. This ensures that all relevant information is captured at each step of the process. While it is possible to upload your own precedent documents, Proclaim case types will have the essential documents needed out of the box to allow you to see through a case from start to finish.
What you can do to identify whether a standard case type is needed
Perform an audit of the case types currently installed to identify whether the relevant information is being captured and that the necessary templates are available for the work being carried out. You can also do this by checking the case type labels at the top of each file within the Proclaim Desktop.
