The issue is likely that the postcode does not exist and should be checked with your client.
Most likely it is that the property is a new build and the Land registry do not have the postcode registered on their system yet. So you would need to speak to the land registry.
If none of the above works then please ask a question in the MyAccess Portal Digital Assistant and ask to "Speak to a human" to be put through directly to our support team.
