Promsgs error on the task server each morning

This can be caused by having multiple scheduled tasks to start the task servers running.

  1. Log onto the relevant server.

  2. Open Windows Task Scheduler.

  3. Check for any tasks that start up the task scheduler (e.g. StartATM, Start Task Server, etc).

  4. If there is more than one and both are set to run the right-click on the task you don't need then click Disable.

  5. This will need to be checked the following morning to ensure it has worked.
