Please make sure that you have registered with HMRC by doing a test authorisation and receive obligations of your HMRC VAT credentials.
You will get a warning when you load VAT Management if you haven't.
Please check that your VAT number has been entered in Accounts Administration.
On the main menu, select Accounts Administration. A password word is required. If you don't have it please raise a new case.
Select the VAT tab.
Update the VAT number box with your VAT number.
Select Save.
Rerun the VAT reports.
If this does not work then please ask a question in the MyAccess Portal Digital Assistant and ask to "Speak to a human" to be put through directly to our support team.
