VAT Management Reports Not Configured Error

Please make sure that you have registered with HMRC by doing a test authorisation and receive obligations of your HMRC VAT credentials.

You will get a warning when you load VAT Management if you haven't.

Please check that your VAT number has been entered in Accounts Administration.

  1. On the main menu, select Accounts Administration. A password word is required. If you don't have it please raise a new case.

  2. Select the VAT tab.

  3. Update the VAT number box with your VAT number.

  4. Select Save.

  5. Rerun the VAT reports.
