The BPN Autopost can have 2 optional columns at the end of the format shown in the manuals.
They are:
Cost Code
Vat Code
This is an example:
3090,1,26/10/2023,10 Boxes of Paper,1000,200,1200,123466,O01,Cheque,,ABC Stationery Ltd,,V7
Notice the 2 commas after Ltd. This represents the Cost Centre code value which defaults to zero if left blank.
The last field is the VAT code.
The VAT code is NOT used in the calculation of the VAT. The Net, VAT and Gross figure MUST be entered.
When doing this for the first time Autopost a single line, check the imported column and create a Batch Only, which allows you to check the details in General Postings then post.
