The Aged WIP and WIP Movement reports are run based on the values obtained from the WIP building process for reports.
To run the WIP building process for reports for specific date follow the steps below:-
Open Advanced Report Execution from the main menu.
Open the folders Accounts Standard / WIP / WIP Building Process and select WIP building process for reports.
Enter the Aged WIP Date and untick relevant parameters as required.
Click Accept.
Once the report has generated you can then run the Aged WIP or WIP Movement reports as required.
Depending on your settings in Static Data you will either run the 'Short' version or 'Long' version.
The aged range for Short version 1 mth, 2mth, 3mth, 4 mth over 4 mths
The aged range for Long version 1 mth, 2mth, 3mth, 6mth, 9mths, 12mth over 12mth.
The WIP reports will require a folder to be set up for them to run to, this is set in the Advanced Report Configuration under the Client Base Folder. the location that is pointing to will then require a Temp folder for the file to go to.
