If you have registered for self serve, you can reset your Access hosted portal password by following the steps below:
Go to the Access hosted website portal.
Select Reset My Password.
Enter your username.
Click Continue. This will send you an email to your address.
Follow the instruction in the email to re-set the password.
The new password needs to be 16 characters and a mix of upper & lower case, a number and a special character.
