Hosted desktop password has expired or is not working

If you have registered for self serve, you can reset your Access hosted portal password by following the steps below:

  1. Select Reset My Password.

  2. Enter your username.

  3. Click Continue. This will send you an email to your address.

  4. Follow the instruction in the email to re-set the password.

The new password needs to be 16 characters and a mix of upper & lower case, a number and a special character.

​Note: Please remember to check your junk folder for the email. If this does not work, or if you have not registered to use the self serve website, please ask a question in the MyAccess Portal Digital Assistant and ask to "Speak to a human" to be put through directly to our support team.
