The CCBC Claim changes updated May 2025.
Two changes have been made to the claim validation. The first claim amounts have been broken into the total claim amount for greater clarity.
The second is the defendant postcode validation has been improved to assist in detecting Postcodes out of England and Wales.
All changes take place in the Debt case type (case type names may vary from system to system – but the case type is often named “debt debtors” ).
