We have a file import from another Proclaim user but the files are no new case is set up

The case files were exported from the other site but the following were missing:

  1. There was no XML File received.

  2. There was no CTL File received.

  3. The file count didn't match that from the other site.

To resolve this, follow the steps below:

  1. Ask the site exporting files to check there is an XML File and CTL file.

  2. Ask they check the number of files coming over.

  3. Rerun your import job if the CTL File and XML File exist the export end.

  4. When the files are imported check that you have the CTL File and XML File.

  5. The job should now process under Directory Monitoring and the Bi File should appear in processed directory for the import to show it has started.

  6. Once the files have been processed the CTL File will be removed and the XML File will move over with other files to processed folder.
