There is a limit of 60 characters for the Claimant name, so if this is exceeded then the above warning will be presented in the Validation field. Follow the steps below to clear the warning:
Ensure you are on the CCBC - SDT - Parties Screen (this is where the validation message is displayed)
In the Client field, amend the name so it is less than 60 characters
To check if the new value clears the validation warning, either tab or click into the next field. The message will disappear if the criteria has been met
